Founded in 1861, Tintara the home of Hardys, remains a testament to quality winemaking, combining age old methods and new technology.

To be one of the best vintages of the 21st century with a combination of higher yields and excellent quality. Rainfall was early in the growing season avoiding any fruit damage, temperatures were warm arm and consistent throughout summer with no days above 35'C in February. This allowed for slow gentle ripening and time for the grapes to accumulate rich intense flavours.

Food Pairing: Pair with marinated wagyu steak with a balsamic glazed roasted root vegetables.
